New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Wasteful company. Not paying people's salaries. They insult the sect. If you don't take aarti to God deliberately, even if you know how to make him take it

No long term work life. Salary is not on time. Having unnecessary meetings because the company owner did not keep his status on WhatsApp. Putting a late mark of one or two employees, no matter how late anyone comes. Torcherbuzz by phoning the homes of employees. Taking unnecessary meetings after office hours. Saying that the salary has been increased. Management does a lot of politics. Threatening to file a police case while leaving work. Without paying the last salary at the time of leaving work. Informing and harassing employees whether they have joined work at a new location. to trouble

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. In the Tata Motors company work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10 to 12 hours straight in a day.
