Job security is better than others , Career growth is far away from reality , Salary is good and appraisal too work environment is excellent and work life balance also the only thing matters is growth.

I dislike most about the career growth as a supervisor to a manager.

Don't expect a 5 figure salary after college, no one becomes president overnight. For this one has to work tirelessly. Your fault is yours alone, your failure is yours alone, don't blame anyone. Learn from your mistake and move

Work place is pleasant. Although the team leader is helpful, management is not. Company policies are good, appraisal is fair, and on roll employees get good salary hike and bonus every year. There are not facilities for 10-12 year off roll employees.

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good for 10 year experience employees and career growth is slow.

Very good working culture. The whole Tata Group’s values and Care for employees is always exemplary

Compensation could be better. Mid management can share more knowledge and learnings. Could adopt 5 day week
