Lower salary structure No salary increament even though worked for 3 years After completion of probation period company turned as contractual employees which is not mentioned in joining letter during joining process.

Dislikes

GM not satisfied with achieve goal. To much pressure . Target of 5 lack per month. Low salary . Senior advisor too competitive for incentive. I did not receive incentive in my work period. Too much burden on customer pocket. Water service station with one pump And less team. Wheels alignment system poor Removing good parts from engine to achive spares parts goal. Daily meeting with GM after duty hours 7 pm to 9 pm very bad and taking employees personal time. One day leave in whole month very bad effect employee's mind and health. Employees health insurance Work load 26 days a month, working days 29 I suggest to change GM

other things quite bad like if there is men working he gets salary higher than women even the work comparison is also not good because women gets salary less but she have to come on time she should have to complete her work even after the office she should be work even women gets pregnant she didn't get maternity leave and after delivery she can't join office , and compare to men he gets all the benefits, they pressurized women more than men for work women can't do work from home job compared to men and if she doing the job company didn't pay her salary because they said if you want to work then join office only otherwise we can't pay you because we didn't watch you that you are sincerely working or just doing fake work even if i shows the work then also, compare to men evertime women have to be this and that
