Poor salary structure, no salary standard, no scope of promotion, very slow growth, you will get average rating here, responsibilities are not properly defined, you won't find any systematic apporach to solve the issue

...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisal are and they give good salary hike and bounce every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Tata motors is one of the best place for work ....but the issue is salary only 14000 & in hand salary is 12400.I saw some people doing 2 jobs bcoz of they can't afford expenses ...n the work period is only 7 months
