The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that lam a part of a team that markets reliable,Asa result,high quality product and has a global client base. cantine facility, bus service provide company.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow.

Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary
