I love the fact than I am part of a team Tata is a big brand , work policy, environment, and policy is good, company not give un nasasary pressure our employees.

Salary package in very low and growth and opportunities is nothing so this side comply is too low

Tata finance is a most poupler company in finance field . Finance policy is very good and easy to learn every employee have helping nature company give opportunities to growth time to time total expense is good.

I have give 5 year to company but salary growth is 0%

Very friendly and working environment, job security is good, if ur in good package then salary grow accordingly.big gap in salary structure in lower and middle mangment. Travel policy excellent, CSR activities goings on regular basis.

I like the comoany atmosphere , all my collegues are very friendly by nature and also helpful.if u stuck in any problem ( related to your office work).they tell u any time. Reporting Managers are also very kind by nature .

Dislikes

First dislike is that they dont give hike in salary , their salary hike is not quite good👎. No fix time of leaving from office.

Tata motor finance Ltd Collection job is wel but SENIOR can't respect CRE .Salary is not sufficient for carry on family.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. career growth is slow.
