Some policies regarding transfer wherein our salary did not get revised only we got add on allowances. However revisions of salary will be crucial as it will help us with our personal growth and also help us earn more bonus.

...hire you is on hold and told you to wait for sometime but that never happens. Salary is on lower side without any good increament. List goes on

One thing is best is abhay tiwari down to earth person. Sud life is good company.managment is least bother about their work.

No mangement, least bother for contrual employee, no benefit, less salary more work for contract employee but pay roll less work and more salary best example satyam parkar from customer engagement team and email process both the process he made it horrible.

It was wonderful experience working in Star Union as a Area head,,,,I learnt lot of new things, relationship,PSU sector,,big exposure......great boss ,,,great team,,overall great experience......

Compensation and payout for channel partner.

Work environment was good. But I personally felt that lot of politics as usual was present here also.

Dislikes

cutting existing salary of staff who were trained by me with lot of effort and then taking staff at high CTC , often hired from other companies where the present executives worked.
