Hub of nepotism (undeserving kith and kin of Tata Steel bosses occupy high posts), lack of future growth and lateral movement (other companies in the sector are even worse), lack of transparency in day to day decision making, over-reliance on individual brilliance of a handful of toxic people, unsatisfactory job content (you will be only looking over workers doing a mundane job) , sycophancy based review system promotes undeserving people . These are some cons that you will struggle with on a day to day basis. At a more strategic level the, the top management is constituted of people borrowed from Tata Steel (a good number of them are assigned to this company as a punishment for under-performing or misconduct of duty) and is least interested in the sustainable growth of the company or long term well being of the employees. They will allow anything as long as the top line keeps swelling , so that they can pitch for their return to Tata Steel.

...ed person, they are all like freshers and diploma holders are treated like dogs. Here even after resignation employee have to wait for 6months minimum for relieving letter and his full n final salary. Also his salary bonus all would be held. That employee have to die to recover this. Please don't join and leave if you dont have money to survive.

Very and cheap mentality of mnagement & not notice your problem properly. Miss behave seniors, olining policy is too high and many candidate are hiring by favouring of consult incharges.

...nd it's top management only provides the right facilities and welfare to GETs. Even if you perform well and get promoted they won't pay you or provide better facilities.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
