There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

If you are a fresher, there are many things to learn from every department, all heads of all department are cooperative.

Lots of politics, salary less, work 12 hrs or more, race discrimination little bit is there but better to ignore and focus on work, get a good opportunity and run out from there.

People are rude especially all the managers they treated you like slave or worse than that. There is no increment and no health benefits which is the worst one. Every year accident happen and company won't give a penny. All the managers are corrupt and canteen service is like hell they take money for each meal around Rs.55 we complain many times but they won't take any action. This company is run by apprentice students and the funny part is apprentice do overtime and you won't get any help from your managers. Especially in my case my HOD won't give confirmation and it almost 1.5 months and he don't give a shit about you. Very unprofessional person his behaviour is so bad and he don't motivate you rather than loose your confidence of doing work. Please think twice before join this company. This company is all about showoff.
