As a company its a pride to work with TATA International and this company has provides me a lots of opportunity to upgrade my carrier graph like they have very attractive training program, very nice culture to work & so many innovative activity.

Salary wise there is very less growth and so many complication to take the decision if you are Department Head.

No likes, only the Tata name which they are using to offer low salary. The worst place ever to work and people biggest regret to join this Company

Losses, no merit increase, no bonus, stress of financial losses and the extreme politics by most inefficient people's who stay back and making the company culture even worst and unproductive

There is nothing to like about. Toxic work culture, high on office politics. From the 1st month onward i realized that this place is not for someone who is looking for work life balance and who wants to grow in his professional career. Mgt should should be more considerate about their employees.

...work or which could be finished on next working day. Below par salary standards. Also their variable pay policy is deceiving, you will get variable pay only if your business segments make profit else that will lapse.

Maintaining work culture across the divisions. On time Salary ,On time promotions and timely reward and recognition. Also 5 days working culture. Lot of good things and one the best independent to take decisions.
