Learning wise, it is a great experience. I was working with professors on a project. Got to learn so much from them

Dislikes

...chnically should not take 2 days, will take 2 months. And i am not exaggerating. I experienced so much harassment that after 3 months of completing my work, still I haven't got my salary. (My fight for reimbursements have not yet begun, for which I am too tired mentally and physically).

...ere. The institute gives value to innovation and working hours is very balanced. Salary was good enough in respect of a job seekers qualifications and job experience. I am self employed now. But that brief period at tiss is a wonderful memory in my mind.

Dislikes

Insufficient accommodation facility for the staff provided by institute in campus. Mostly you have to arrange privately. Staff politics are minimal.

Likes

Good place to build your skills and develop a network in the development sector. The working hours are casual and you have little to no supervision as a Project Manager.

Dislikes

... growth prospects are limited and you can only move from obe project to another. The salary is stagnant and will only change if you change jobs/projects.

There was alot of learning curve there. The management level team is a mix of people but most of them are generally very sweet and understanding.

Dislikes

They didn't credit my salary till two months after I started working there. No work-life balance. Some co workers email and call you at 2-3am sometimes.

Likes

Good work. Company policies not good, appraisals are fair increment 5% and give salary hike. Management is transparent.

Dislikes

.... There is called lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Job traning is given good to new joinees.
