...There is no policy for working extra. They will give only 250rs. No recognition. They just want more work and wants to pay less salary.

TATA Elxsi reported company offer good opportunities to climb up the corporate ladder with the flexible hours

Dislikes

Management expect employees to work odd hours and overtime without compensation. The annual appraisal process is not dependent on the performance. HR department is not employee friendly, provide little support.

1. It depends on the project to which you get allocated if you get the project of your interest it would be great else you will not be motivated. 2. Good talent to work with.

1. Long waiting period for project allocation 2. Salary is not offered as per industry standards

Exit procedure is still a paper work, could have been online which helps the people for tracking instead of asking each and every one about the procedure and hard to track, more work pressure.
