First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.

Salary is veryy low, From market standard it is very low Perks - no perks you will get Promotions/Appraisal - very low 5% average and for me I am not getting hike from 2 years 10 hours work shift Rotational shift is there, Night shift you will get

Salary package is average Less appreciate Promotion opportunity is very less No incentives Work life balance is terrible Will not get any support from. Management. 10 hours shift No cabs in hybrid mode.

We get salary on time. Night shift allowances are little better than previous organisations. We get double pay on national holidays.

There is no appraisal. Salary is still same after completing 1 year. 18 months is long time to be eligible for IJP. No overtime bonus.

... Don't hope for any appraisal or increment. Only thing good here for now is wfh. This maybe the worst company in terms of salary n increments.
