No work life balance at all, non-transparent appraisals, poor salary structure, weak managers and leaders, no motivation to work in team, high attrition rate. It is a nightmare place for high performer and achiever. Most of the people in team were cheated by HR in terms of compensation while they got hired. And those who got saved felt same during appraisals.

Likes

Tata elxsi is a good company. They won't be giving competitive salary while joining as experienced candidate, the good thing is hike for existing employees is above industry average compared to other service based companies.

Dislikes

...dies, events , team building activities are not according to industry standards. The basic component in salary is so low and standard insurance is only 1.5 lakhs. Need to pay extra 5k for getting atleast 3 lakhs insurance coverage.

Very good infrastructure, Flexible time, No stress work. It's very good for women (fresher or experience) and more than 12-15 yrs experience hand (should be in high package). Job Safety value in peak. never send you out easily instead of that will get opportunity in diff teams or various TATA GROUP. Onsite opportunity more.

...me. Here i am adding only Automotive Design sector (ODEC) on my real experience. It's not good for youngster (lessthan 4yrs exp) or you should enter with high package. Knowledge gain is less. More partiality, shift timings, appraisal avg (package more you'll earn more here), onsite opportunity based upon luck. less leave.
