Work life balance is not considered at all. One has to work every single day and that too without any extra pay. Culture and behaviour of seniors are very rude and they bash folks but never help them out
1. Well there is nothing as such to like about this place. To bear with this placeholder let me put that salary gets credited on time, you are alloted some annual leaves which you wont be allowed to take,etc
1. All things are priority across the year and working on 2 out of 4 weekends is expectations
2. Lots of delivery and Program manager from TCS with irrelevant domain knowledge but good with following up on resources.
3. Udemy based learning structure from architect to developers.
4. Creating pressure and making them developers feel low is the trick
5. They are only product based company with timesheet paradigm

Worthless people at leadership
The company has an extreme toxic environment where working on weekends without any compensation is very normal
Also, there are lot of forced resignations within the organization.
The company forces the employee to resign so that it does not come in any of the layoff news
Job security due to Tata brand.
Nothing more positive about this. Most of the people are just for Tata brand. HR and senior management will boast a lot about company during interview process, but once you join you will realise they have no clue of what they are doing.

The best part of joining Tata Digital was the product that they are working upon. As a Software Developers, I know what is the product that I will have to work upon and who would be my end user. They are working upon all the latest technology stack. Everything is in cloud native with no legacy skill stack to work upon. As a Tata group employee I get benefits on most of the products and services of Tata group companies from air tickets to hotel bookings to purchasing electronic items.
