Job security due to Tata brand. Nothing more positive about this. Most of the people are just for Tata brand. HR and senior management will boast a lot about company during interview process, but once you join you will realise they have no clue of what they are doing.

- Yes boss culture - No vision - Less salary compared to market - long hierarchy - No sync between tech and product. After CTO left, company is clueless. Changing tech stack every month.

Tata group with all money to do charity can provide job security only but no learning, no job satisfaction. A new age tech shop run by TCS ppl who have only managed clients, how they can build Amazon's competition???

...hich is obvious, only unfortunate or unmotivated ppl join with clients like TDL. TDL don't pay well for vendors that's why the get incompetent ppl from other vendors too. Fresher with access to Udemy do all development. Currently, they have opened desktop applications access to Tata employees but still with very less footfall. Dude, your own employees don't trust you. Next step start giving exorbitant offer to increase purchase. Hahaha. Also, trust me all the good feedback here are cooked by HR to reduce attrition and getting ppl on board (currently there is huge last minute dropouts). This is sickest company with all kind of inhuman behavior under disguise of TATA.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not considered at all. One has to work every single day and that too without any extra pay. Culture and behaviour of seniors are very rude and they bash folks but never help them out

Worst possible work culture you could find. No vision in terms of growth. Worthless people at leadership The company has an extreme toxic environment where working on weekends without any compensation is very normal Also, there are lot of forced resignations within the organization. The company forces the employee to resign so that it does not come in any of the layoff news

The best part of joining Tata Digital was the product that they are working upon. As a Software Developers, I know what is the product that I will have to work upon and who would be my end user. They are working upon all the latest technology stack. Everything is in cloud native with no legacy skill stack to work upon. As a Tata group employee I get benefits on most of the products and services of Tata group companies from air tickets to hotel bookings to purchasing electronic items.
