It is an amazing experience working with the TATA Communications Limited as a customer support engineer. I learned how to tackle with customer's Issues regarding the networking and solving them.

...A . I observed here- Job Security , Good Training / Learning Facility , Policy . Only have very less salary structures in TCL .

As a Ex Tata Employee review, your job is secured, regarding work culture overall is best, amount of work pressure can be based on which profile you are working, company policy are also good. If there is any concern, always try to have one to one conversation with your reporting manager.

As far as it comes to salary, as per my view, salary is less for what you will be getting in another organisation in similar profile. Appraisal: It can vary based on how budget is allotted for team/group.

...uch burden to freshers. managers are not support employees even they are right . Company given half salary in panademic.company policy are good but not for ur family member is hearty.

... skills doesn't matter here. They are not given good hike and bonus every year .salary is very low, career growth is slow
