...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.

1. No promotion/increment 2. Appraisal totally depends on manager 3. Leaves system is very poor

Work life balance is good. Job security. Require idea about international projects and exposure. Weekend holiday and UK shift is top advantage.

Salary is moderate when you compare to industry standard Customer support works and repeated works are lot.

... you can go also if you are aged one. They won't provide insurance for parents. Have to pay. More over they lock 10% for PLI we can't get full amount.

No insurance for parents. Average pay and hike. Some times no hike. No training.

pli portion part of salary and there is no chance that you get 100 % and employee working at same designation for long time and HR is not looking to promote them
