I really enjoyed working in this company and the work environment here is also very good.

I have been working here for 2 years but till now there has been no increment in salary and there has been no increment in the post, so due to this I am facing some problem.

Good Work Environment and abide to TATA policies

...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.

1) Access to learning portals like Coursera 2) Leave policy

...is under no obligation to provide reasons for decisions taken. decisions like why an employee was not given any VP or Bonus amount how an employee in same team with same experience and expertise got promoted...

1. Job security 2. Salary and other benefits on time. 3. Flexible timings 4. Overall nice work culture

1. No promotion/increment 2. Appraisal totally depends on manager 3. Leaves system is very poor

Likes

Work life balance is good. Job security. Require idea about international projects and exposure. Weekend holiday and UK shift is top advantage.

Dislikes

Salary is moderate when you compare to industry standard Customer support works and repeated works are lot.
