Good number of leaves. Flexible timings. Freedom in all aspects of work.

...chances of ending up in a toxic team (Team members trashing other members work). Pay gets normalized eventually, so motivation to go above average is pretty much unnecessary.

Company written policy... but people manager not following the policy.... few of manager run the team with micro management.

Salary, work life balance( few team), promotion takes minimum 4 years in junior level. Rewards are followed round rota method. Even 5 mins late we need to call your TL and inform to them.... (people manager issue)

This is not the organization to grow your career or learn anything as there is no respect of your work in this organization. Please refrain from joining the captive SOC projects in this organization.
