Firing people without any specific reason which has put the job security in a serious questionable state.

...s at its peak. Employees are not valued for their contribution and achievements. Salary is way less, not even close to the market standards. Hostile Management. Managers are narccisitic, and self-righteous. No wide vision. Senior Management Focus on to save their skin and not worried about the employees. If you're a sycophant, then this company is a great fit.
