To be very honest it's a really nice place to work where you can grow yourself, talking about salary it's average, appraisal percentage 15% It my case our my colleagues they are very knowledge sharing, very supportive, But at the end of the day when you sleep we count how much we earned and how much we spent

Work culture is really good, job security is always, company policy and ethics are also good

Salary growth is really poor, managemnt is always giving favor to some people and there is lots of politics at manager and upper level

We have plenty of leaves for the year.

Dislikes

...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

Apart from Brand, this company is nothing like the earlier Tata's

Dislikes

...defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. Wish the brand took cognizance of their market acceptability. 9) Customers chasing the teams for giving results, not the other way around.
