To be very honest it's a really nice place to work where you can grow yourself, talking about salary it's average, appraisal percentage 15% It my case our my colleagues they are very knowledge sharing, very supportive, But at the end of the day when you sleep we count how much we earned and how much we spent

1 . No Hike 2 gender discrimination ( say if ur woman hard to get WFH due to pregnancy) 3. sometimes don't get leaves 4. Management / Managers behaves like school. 5. no career growth

...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

If you are good in buttering then this company is for you.. Many are surviving without any knowledge and having good salary. But if you are a smart worker and do your job honestly then you will not get anything..

Salary is too low and management is loosing there best employees due to management don't want to increase the salary.

...unt in anticipation of some automation efficiencies that are yet to be achieved. Salary range is on lower side as compared to peer companies and increments are pathetic.
