1 . No Hike 2 gender discrimination ( say if ur woman hard to get WFH due to pregnancy) 3. sometimes don't get leaves 4. Management / Managers behaves like school. 5. no career growth

...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

If you are good in buttering then this company is for you.. Many are surviving without any knowledge and having good salary. But if you are a smart worker and do your job honestly then you will not get anything..

Salary is too low and management is loosing there best employees due to management don't want to increase the salary.

Outsourced employees are treated as outsider though they are the foundation of this company. Tata Communications has recently change their policy for outsourced employees that 2 years job & 3 months off, called COOLING OFF. This process killed the mental strength, job security & against humanity too.

Dislikes

1) inhuman attitude with outsourced employees. 2) Outsourced employees salary structure is so poor. 3) No job security for Out-sourced employees. 4) No promotion & No work life balance for outsourced employees 5) Managers are spoiling subordinates carrer. 6) No policy, no process & company culture is too pathetic. only politics going on in terms of promotion & upgradation. 7) Now TATA brand name is at stake.
