...e policy is worst... They don't provide same opportunity to offrole employees... No salary growth. No diwali bonus.

1 . No Hike 2 gender discrimination ( say if ur woman hard to get WFH due to pregnancy) 3. sometimes don't get leaves 4. Management / Managers behaves like school. 5. no career growth

Worse management i have seen in entire work life. No job security. No salary hike as management is telling survival mode is going on. That's it. There is no support from senior.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. career growth is very slow.
