We have plenty of leaves for the year.

Dislikes

...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

Apart from Brand, this company is nothing like the earlier Tata's

...defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. Wish the brand took cognizance of their market acceptability. 9) Customers chasing the teams for giving results, not the other way around.
