We have plenty of leaves for the year.

Dislikes

...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

Good number of leaves. Flexible timings. Freedom in all aspects of work.

Dislikes

...chances of ending up in a toxic team (Team members trashing other members work). Pay gets normalized eventually, so motivation to go above average is pretty much unnecessary.

1. Micro management is increasing day by day, due to hiring of non relevant people into senior management, probably based on personal connections. 2. Not all business units are thriving due to poor management and lack of fruitful decision making. 3. Firing people without any specific reason which has put the job security in a serious questionable state.

Work Timings and Week off. There's no much about to talk.

Dislikes

...s at its peak. Employees are not valued for their contribution and achievements. Salary is way less, not even close to the market standards. Hostile Management. Managers are narccisitic, and self-righteous. No wide vision. Senior Management Focus on to save their skin and not worried about the employees. If you're a sycophant, then this company is a great fit.
