...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

If you are good in buttering then this company is for you.. Many are surviving without any knowledge and having good salary. But if you are a smart worker and do your job honestly then you will not get anything..

Salary is too low and management is loosing there best employees due to management don't want to increase the salary.

...agement was there. They had good and big cafeteria and play area for relaxation. Company policy were good and fair appraisal were done with good salary hike andpromotion.

Culture Uncertainty on the new business model other then network Variable pay is a gimmick Only 10% receive 100% variable pay in sales/business development role. Account allocation is biased.

...lways giving one statement we will see after Six month as per your performance.. N after six they say your performance is not good n their no budget to give you hike in salary. I worked for 8 years in Tata..

Worst manager rewati porwar in Tata communications. Doing partiality. Casual talk, Castisum, male Dominating, aggression. Partiality.
