Company written policy... but people manager not following the policy.... few of manager run the team with micro management.

Dislikes

Salary, work life balance( few team), promotion takes minimum 4 years in junior level. Rewards are followed round rota method. Even 5 mins late we need to call your TL and inform to them.... (people manager issue)

This is not the organization to grow your career or learn anything as there is no respect of your work in this organization. ... As you have work continuosly and won't get any free time for your private life. Also salary is very poor. You will not get any hike even you work more than 3 years. There no extra payment for overtime and night shift.

Apart from Brand, this company is nothing like the earlier Tata's

...defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. Wish the brand took cognizance of their market acceptability. 9) Customers chasing the teams for giving results, not the other way around.
