...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

If you are good in buttering then this company is for you.. Many are surviving without any knowledge and having good salary. But if you are a smart worker and do your job honestly then you will not get anything..

Dislikes

Salary is too low and management is loosing there best employees due to management don't want to increase the salary.

...agement was there. They had good and big cafeteria and play area for relaxation. Company policy were good and fair appraisal were done with good salary hike andpromotion.

Only one drawback was the career growth was very slow.

Good number of leaves. Flexible timings. Freedom in all aspects of work.

Dislikes

...chances of ending up in a toxic team (Team members trashing other members work). Pay gets normalized eventually, so motivation to go above average is pretty much unnecessary.

... making. 2. Long term visibility of work impact and a sense of satisfaction. 3. Work Life balance and salary structure is satisfying. 4. Hybrid work policy is somewhat good to have.

Dislikes

1. Micro management is increasing day by day, due to hiring of non relevant people into senior management, probably based on personal connections. 2. Not all business units are thriving due to poor management and lack of fruitful decision making. 3. Firing people without any specific reason which has put the job security in a serious questionable state.
