...ture is good, even in lots of pressure of works you will feel comfortable there. One thing is negative that, as a off role employee you will not get any salary hikes or other benefits of TCPSL, this thing should be considered by management as taking maximum recruitments on off role/contractual basis !

Although its a Tata company, it has its own self defined policies, they ask junior people what the management needs to do to bring the company in profit, they never use the sales or finance guy who has a mba degree, they ask these entry level people, remove all good people from organisation and run a lobby.

Selffish Management, No promotion, No appraisal. Dengerous people Like Pururva Dhogade and Bharadwaj who they are handling TIS Dept are very rude and insulting his team mates infront of any one..No job security. No job timing. personal life goes hell.

Very fast and changing environment. One who can take initiatives, can do a lot.

Dislikes

Highly political and slightly toxic culture. Industry is in weak spot and hence the company is in a weak spot. Appraisals are affected given the weak fin position of the company. Work life balance is skewed and not helpful in long run. Senior management could be prone to safeguarding their own interests as against employee's or company's.
