Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Inadiquite salary and also there is no on-job training for freshers . Higher officials do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take my suggestions most of the time.

Unfair pay structure Low salary as per market standards Bias behaviour of organisation for permanent and contractual staffs. No growth opportunity provided for contractual employees who have even worked for 5 years +. Very less increments. Credit will taken by seniors. Not much learning and scope for interpersonal growth.

Tata as a brand is good, middle management people always steel your hardwork, people who shifted from educom joined in 2016 actually spoiled the company culture.
