... looking for job change. Management has no responsibility towards the employees. Low salary and no job security.

Since it was TATA the best part was of Job security and the company policies.

Dislikes

Only draw back was the company turn over was not good to hear since they didn’t make even a small negotiation in Product quality

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
