I was a fresher while joining the company. So i acquired technical knowledge and learned how to work as a team,and how to manage the team mates.

Dislikes

Overall experience in the company is terrible. I am looking for job change. Management has no responsibility towards the employees. Low salary and no job security.

Since it was TATA the best part was of Job security and the company policies.

Dislikes

Only draw back was the company turn over was not good to hear since they didn’t make even a small negotiation in Product quality
