...ompanies in this sector 2. Management is supportive, co-workers are also good 3. Salary and appraisals are done on time 4. Work ethics and dignity are given prime importance 5. Work life balance is good 6. The company has a considerable market share in its products categories

...s probation period. So MTs get permanent only after 18 months of employment. 4. Very less percentage of YOY salary appraisals and growth. Very less promotion chances 5. Bad salary structure. General salary structure for entry and mid level employees is in the range of 70% fixed and 30% variable. 6. Travel related allowances are very less. Sales team suffers a lot on this. 7. Very limited regional offices in spite of being PAN India company. 9. Field sales team has very limited decision making powers and more like a clerical job 10. No focus on training and development of employees for advanced skill sets. They will only provide repeated and outdated trainings on excel, powerpoint, safety, diversity etc conducted inhouse or by some low quality trainers. 11. No two wheeler parking for Pune corporate office employees. If you commute by a bike or a scooter, you may have to park it at random places like parkways, in between 2 cars or in some corner. On the top of that, the security person will keep on nudging you whenever you find a spot. It is very embarrassing and frustrating.

...qual. Not getting promotion time to time. 11 years working but no promotion. Salary hike not good. HR facilities are not good. Health and issuance policies are not good, every employee struggle every time to claim. Canteen services not good.

...y badly. Full of politics and corruption. But daily they speak about ethics. Don't trust the initial offer after u confirm and accept the offered salary and leave ur current job they will reduce the offered amount. So never trust. They have a 10 page offer letter which will provided after u join. And most the things tell in that is lie and u will never get those benefits. The company has more HR than engineers.

Good work environment and working culture. No such pressure, get good support from teammates and also get time to explore the things in actual. Huge company campus, people are good, only appraisals and recruitins are not that fair....hope this will change in coming years. Overall good company Ani specially people ho willing to work in same company for long tenure.

Salary and hierarchy is not good. Growth rate is very very low. Even people in higher position will act like government, no work from home office will run as per government guidelines of covid.
