Everything let’s listed 1. Salary - They don’t have any salary bands like product based companies have. New trainee earn double of Software Engineer with 3 yrs of experience. 2. Office politics is more than Indian politics here and favouritism. 3. No skill enhancement. No new tech stack and learning here.

You will be backed by seniors.. even if you are from ground level ..your voice and opinion will matter... HR is still good and have some ethics. There is growth oppertunity if you can fight for the same...

The company these days is strictly into cost cutting.. since there are many old employees ..there is a lobby system.. The upraisal is very low ...

Working as a retail health underwriter there was no work life balance, month ends are always hectic, team politics, feeling of being left out in terms of work it seemed like only specific people in the team are giving importance and projects rest will do the mundane work. No leadership to look upto,even when changed the team

Job security,salary and appraisal is considered when the employees are under performance, workpla e is very friendly and enthusiastic as well as positive. Over all Tata group is awesome. And Shri Ratan Ji Tata is our role model salute to you sir ji🫡

In pat days Tata aigs HR policies are very strong but now days HR policies are very week they haven't reply on mails properly. Early day in all Tata group having a employee values but now days that values become week. I complaint my reporting manager to higher authorities like HRs and senior but they didn't reply on this. And already few members already complained to higher authorities about that reporting manager and also having legel cases. Since they support to that manager. So please when you selected to for health agency for kolhapur please think thousand time.
