Should seprate offices for each variants either motor , non motor and health in same costing , Instead of opening a big office and making everyone sit there, it is better to open 2-3 small offices at the same price in city ,it will be very beneficial for company

You will be backed by seniors.. even if you are from ground level ..your voice and opinion will matter... HR is still good and have some ethics. There is growth oppertunity if you can fight for the same...

The company these days is strictly into cost cutting.. since there are many old employees ..there is a lobby system.. The upraisal is very low ...

Company is Hiring Management Trainess for much higher CTC then already working experienced guy and those Trainess are Trained by those vintage guys , this trainees gets promoted the very next year without completing goal sheet ! this is so unfair
