In pat days Tata aigs HR policies are very strong but now days HR policies are very week they haven't reply on mails properly. Early day in all Tata group having a employee values but now days that values become week. I complaint my reporting manager to higher authorities like HRs and senior but they didn't reply on this. And already few members already complained to higher authorities about that reporting manager and also having legel cases. Since they support to that manager. So please when you selected to for health agency for kolhapur please think thousand time.

People don't know to be professional. They speak to you as if you are a office boy. They don't care about the probelm you face they want to work to be finished.

Company do not have a other salary account other than axis Bank account they don't have not tie up with other banks as the employee is already having a account with axis Bank but it's minus and company don't have any other option other than axis Bank for salary they are not helping in this saying we can't help bank said another account cannot be open due to same customer id now a days ,and big brand Dont have a other option of getting salary credited and Saturday is off but they call employee to come and no response from upper level ,as they have already wasted my 2 months of time and now account issue not getting resolved why the person will do work in free as person come office do business for salary and they already wasted time and don't have othe job also now to find as because of salary issue have to leave job no one is helpful in this ,as they can take other bank account too but the thing is that they don't want to .
