...ncy leaves and you will be not paid for those days😂 lol CTC was given as 2.5 lac but the salary will get credited 16k no transport if I go on saying this there are so many wonders in it. In single word it is municipality.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good but little bit of changes are required, appraisals are fair and they give almost good salary hike and bonus every year.

Politics in work environment, commitment related to salary and appraisals not met by management, recent introduced practices ruining work culture people due for promotions have to undergo interview with other Department heads and prove their merit..post working for due course. Typical indian corporate culture.

Everything let’s listed 1. Salary - They don’t have any salary bands like product based companies have. New trainee earn double of Software Engineer with 3 yrs of experience. 2. Office politics is more than Indian politics here and favouritism. 3. No skill enhancement. No new tech stack and learning here.
