I think top most thing I like here is the job security. Even in COVID19 setuation no worker lost thier job and not faced any cutoff in pay. Work culture of a company is very good, we have supportive seniors and colleagues.

Politics in work environment, commitment related to salary and appraisals not met by management, recent introduced practices ruining work culture people due for promotions have to undergo interview with other Department heads and prove their merit..post working for due course. Typical indian corporate culture.

ASM have very bad attitude also they dint like any management candidate. They are real life rakshash. !!Beware of brijesh sharma aka tuttal wo drink krne k bad badata hai!! ASM h wo
