Politics in work environment, commitment related to salary and appraisals not met by management, recent introduced practices ruining work culture people due for promotions have to undergo interview with other Department heads and prove their merit..post working for due course. Everything let’s listed 1. Salary - They don’t have any salary bands like product based companies have. New trainee earn double of Software Engineer with 3 yrs of experience. 2. Office politics is more than Indian politics here and favouritism. 3. No skill enhancement. No new tech stack and learning here.
