Join at your own risk
Training department is not safe here
Sales people have their monopoly
They would buzz you in the group even at 4am
They would call you to branches on Saturdays and Sundays….sometimes in public holidays too.
Corporate level politics specifically at upper level….sales management decides which trainer they need…..rest all will be transferred to other far off locations and then harassed to travel to far off locations…. Be it male or be it female…..training department seniors have created lobbies with sales people to safeguard their jobs.
Toxic work culture
No work life balance
Seniors will mail the communication at late night hours.
Company politics involved at all level effecting grass root level
Lobbying created by seniors thus eliminating or neglecting the genuine talent.
Company is made up of bootlickers
People/senior pleaser culture will give you promotion
... over there. manager get your business in there code. worst working environment. even your salary half of the part has been spent by bank staff by the name of the lisening. you can't able to give time to your family and get frustrated. even on holidays they called you for the sourcing of the business and waste your time on the name of pathshala training. if you are single and don't have worth in another company than you may join. but on serious note your life will gone a hell. your TSM has its self sourcing code but due to employment pressure you also have to give business to him for the activation. not a penny of incentive you get in this company and not a single MIS shared regarding your incentive slab. they only want you to work like a salavery. in each and every morning meeting they realise and feel you shame and demotivate you regarding that you are getting this salary and not doing enough business. even they had medical tieup with star health and if you or your family gwt admit in the hospital there is no support from anyone in the company and at last you have to pay it from your pocket.
