There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...raphy is there in every week for the Employee. Opportunities for career growth. Salary credited in second last day of the month, appraisal is there. TA is there. Incentive is more than their annual package. Team mates are very helpful. There is no space for politics. Tata Aia gives so much space, so much time to learn and grow with this company. Work-life equally balanced. Huge reward recognition, and benefits are there. If I talk about job security, the feeling is like working in a Central Govt. Company. They think about 'Security first' for their women employee and different type of activities are their for women employee. And last but not the least The Brand TATA, Tata Group Of Company, it is in our blood ( Tata salt ). It is truely our second home.
