...nagers give zero opportunity to the new joinees to excel and grow up the ladder.They lie about the pay structure giving false commitment and we a bunch of new comers could have sued the company.I left due to all unethical practices going on. All they do is lie to families of employees to get business from the same and then treat employees with disrespect. They didn't even let us create a healthy work culture amongst colleagues and spied on our activities.I want to mention the name of Purnima Roy ,SBA,FOUR MANGOE LANE BRANCH KOLKATA who is the main person behind all kind of self induced unethical culture in the office.I have so many evidence to support the same.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a them that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clint base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is so high.Sometimes, I have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
