...nagers give zero opportunity to the new joinees to excel and grow up the ladder.They lie about the pay structure giving false commitment and we a bunch of new comers could have sued the company.I left due to all unethical practices going on. All they do is lie to families of employees to get business from the same and then treat employees with disrespect. They didn't even let us create a healthy work culture amongst colleagues and spied on our activities.I want to mention the name of Purnima Roy ,SBA,FOUR MANGOE LANE BRANCH KOLKATA who is the main person behind all kind of self induced unethical culture in the office.I have so many evidence to support the same.

Bad people mgmt rude managers Existing employees are not valued Not market standard CTC to existing employees nor they do revision To say it's 5 days a week and flexi hours but here it's 7 days a week still abuse to employees strict 9 am login delay then ready for abuses not fixed log out time

Nothing any things to like in this role. Shame on tata aia life insurance company. Tata aia doing fraud with cashier. At the time of interview they told you here is no work pressure.

Work pressure. Lot of work pressure. Low salary.. Outsource joining. Wo log aap se operations ki sari jobs aapko denge lekin salary bahut km. Selfish operations manager. They don't have humanity. Sidhi sadhi cashier ki life ko jhund kr dete hai. Branch operations executive to branch operations head also roode. They use only cashier. Fifteen thausand se bhi kam salary me branch operations ke sare kam krate hai. If cashier operations ke kam krta hai to salary kyu nhi dete operations manager ki jaisi?? Shame on tata aia life. They don't have humanity Month end lot of work pressure 15 hours shift during month end. Cashier have all access and authority of branch operations work. But they don't provides salary like them. Tata aia doing scam with cashier. Hungry for sales....Shame on this company.... Very bad experience I get from Tata aia cashier role. They don't provides overtime to cashier. Even housekeeping salary is more than cashier s salary and their company provides them Overtime

My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero. I'm in the condition to suicide but thanks to my previous TSM Karan Singh who support me in my tuff situation. I would appreciate if this type of suffocating thing will not happen and make sure like My CM should not be working.
