...here is no "software" here. - No WFH options, a tactic used to retain employees. You'd be better off joining another company even with a lower pay. You will soon realise that the WLB and self-respect is priceless after joining.

The only thing to like about MAQ software is it's Hyderabad office interior and that's it. There's nothing to like about this sh*thole company.

... your manager. 2. They discriminate salaries based on the college you are from. They will pay more to students from premier colleges even if you are on the same team, doing the same work and giving the same time to the company you will be paid half. 3. They will turn off ACs at 5 but you need to work for 12 hrs. Spend 9 hrs in AC and the rest hours sweat like hell and do your work. You can't complain this to anyone. 4 Freshers need to come to office @Sat also because of bootcamps. Their logic is to assign you to a project without giving you a proper introduction to the project and train you at Saturday's so you are basically working on a project on the weekdays and on Saturday you are learning. And BTW The learnings on Saturday May or May not be based on your domain. They have 3 modules Azure, PowerBI and Front end which didn't align with my domain so it was no use for me 5. If you think you will learn something while working for this company trust me you won't. This company doesn't do any brainstorming, there are no development projects going on and they are a modern day Khaata making company. All they do is build power bi reports for their clients. 6. The seniors here are a backstabber they won't teach you anything and will complaint about you if you start asking questions or clarifications about your tasks so you are your own. And if they do any mistakes they will blame you for that. 7. The project managers here are the worst managers they don't even know the meaning of being a manager. They won't listen to you all they know is if there is an escalation on you, you will be scolded like a child and they won't hear your side.

Hard to switch technologies Few teams are not good, managers sit on the shoulders to get things done and have to work long hours Lots of expectations to work on org level initiatives which rarely provides any credits Learning portal is terrible No flexibility in work hours

Learning because you work for 6 days a week and won't even think about your personal life , no employee stays there more than a year , they just run out of it.Health will be sacrificed and even though won't be any appreciation. Company staff stays there than any other employee.

Poor work life balance , no job security , if you want better pay can go for it , full of internal politics , sabka bakwaas , only go if you don't have any other option .

Poor Top management and no work Life balance. Management smartly asks employees to work on Saturday and if needed on Sunday too and gives no Extra pay for extra works. Also,reward is to pressure and say as unable to perform during weekdays to complete targets,which infact will be a unrealistic deadlines.
