Worst Work Culture, Micro Management, No Growth & No Skill Upgrade, Old Technology hesitate to upgrade, Limited Learning. Management doesn't listen to Employees. North & South People are treated different. Despite company situated in Hyderabad 1st preference & growth is given to North Indians only. They don't treat all employees equally. Monday to Saturday strict timings. only TASL Hyderabad is working from Monday to Saturday all other plants in other states work from Monday to Friday. Canteen food is worst & charging very high for that. No proper company transport facility name sake transport facility given by company that to they charge very high cost. think before joining. Iteration rate is high no one will sustain more than a year due to politics of Management.

They don't make issues or late with salary to employees unlike other varius companies.

Dislikes

Comparatively lower package and benefits provided by company than other MNCs like Maruti Suzuki, TATA Steel, TATA Motors, Volvo, etc.

...he shop floor people and no one respects them. They just think we are labours. Poor salary growth its even more in automobile industry infact we are making aircraft structure which is 1000 times more expensive than a car still the company doesn't share their profits to production. No free food no free travel Persons working there since 10 years still his salary is 26-27k now just think about the salary growth how much poor it is If you want to join in management it is ok but don't join in production.

Good Medical insurance and job Security(for those who just prefer to come and sit in the company)

Very Less hike, worst canteen, rating system is a scam, very less salary for all employees especially below Assistant manager level. Some associates have a salary of 15k/ month even after working for 7+ yrs in the company. The list can go on.....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
