Could do better by increasing the percent during annual appraisal. However the appraisal structure is depending on bell curve (which is good) I personally haven't experience anything poor for Taskus

1) Salary deductions 2) Managers favour their spoons 3) HR was rude and didn't help me regarding salary deductions 4) Growth opportunities weren't equal; managers favoured their own people 5) The process I used to work in was not professional enough

...sfaction is considered. No wfm available for 800+ employee strength of Mohali. Salary deduction due to wfm absence, employee have to be bear that every month. Operation management is blind deaf and dumb when it comes to employees satisfaction and employees concern.

What conveyed during interview was all fake and bogus, there is no one who stands for employees on 1st and 2nd level i.e. TMs and TL Condition of employees working for Doordash Campaign is pathetic and no one takes responsibility of that. No bars for shift timings, you could be called anytime to the office even at night. Beware you have to pay for the food too which is served during shift timings. I short you have to pay them back from few pennies you earn from sacrificing your time and sleep foremost.

Making life miserable with multiple health concerns.

Dislikes

... one to listen employees grievances or to help availing and employee benefits. Work from office with multiple COVID infected employees under 1 roof is a bonus.

1. Poor Management of conflicts 2. I was promoted to Team leader an was receiving salary of teammate for 4 months 3. My teammate's Monitor was perfectly working with small dent but she was charged 11k more than actual cost of Monitor and no receipt provided nor the old monitor returned. 4. You get fired if your C-sat/any SLA drops below certain level even for a month or two.
