The only thing I like is salary on time as other companies
Dislikes
1. Abusive culture
2. Salary deductions, you have to punch breaks on time whatever client have told u, if u miss then there is a salary deduction
3. Unstable process
4. Security guards in this office works like constable in Police station, they will keep on checking the floor and they dont get any time bombs or weapons fróm the floor
5. No changes in shifts, if you are favourite team then only u will get good shifts, otherwise get ready for night shifta for 6-10 months continuously,
6. They promote people with no comm skills, and zero professionalism, so new TL will feel like nawab and only target girls to feel like a king,
7. Even a right HR cannot survive, or Any new Operations Manager
8. If u want to achieve target then u have to lie with your customers because this is what u r being taught indirectly as the process is almost favoring scam activities
9. Something is wrong inside this company, as the more professional and ethical u r, the more they make u feel like left out, and the more abusive and an alchoholic person u r, the more better treatment u will get

...ir employees as for the salary part it is a biggest issue with doordash process. People are still good but it's kinda hectic with very low pay with zero job security.
Zero job security, payout is very low and they can decrease amounts tharolly, also managers aren't worthit .

Upper management should examine operation managers. Some of the managers are behaving like Gunda, especially Aayushi Sharma. She has a big ego problem and everyone is aware that she behaves like she owns the company and gives threats to coworkers Just to satisfy her ego. I don't why she is even in the company. My coworker just asked her about Work from home implementation and she said we'll send you home permanently. I request Sapna Bambani to take leadership feedback. Also, people are corrupt in referral policies.
Management, HRs, culture, company policies, salary, everything....
I tried to provide constructive feedback as well but they are genius, they don't need you, they don't even acknowledge or appreciate your feedback no work-life balance, one night you will be working at 6:30PM evening and the next you will be working at 1:30AM 3:30AM. HRs are arrogant, they don't reply or help you with the ijps you have filled, they will test your patience level in every part of your job, there is no time for professional development or skills development, however, the schedule has a separate time for these things but they don't allow you to take it, just work work and work until you die or quit..
No calls or communication for IJP update or interview, partiality, nepotism, can be seen everywhere, if you argue or question anybody like team leader or someone else from management, they will keep it in mind and you will be rewarded by NTE and various actions meanwhile your teammate did the same thing but they will be spared, isn't it biased or partiality
In the end there are hundreds of things to talk but it's just better to switch job whenever you get better opportunity..
