Directors play politics and the Directors themselves don't have there field knowledge. Specially Anil Singh and Ankur they force a 3 month fresher to work on 5+ year of experience project and want the fresher to deliver before time. Seriously 😂

all directors are non technical, no seniors in company, all developers are fresher, no job security because they are only dependent on builder.ai projects on which freshers can work easily by delaying there task for week or month, there is no one to guide freshers in this company, and directors only wants freshers to run the tracker so they can make money , and more terrible thing is for freshers they posted the salary upto 3.2 LPA and after selection they give only 8k, and within month they assign you builder.ai project with 5+ years experience even without training and they want us to complete the task on time without any support, only and only they want to run tracker only .

Their directors are from non technical background and thinks that aXs licking employee is good developer. No appreciation on bases of good performance. They lay off almost 30 employees due to recession but told us that it's because our performance in low. They could've just told us that they don't have money to pay salaries. Now they're causing inconvenience to issue documents and remaining salary
